Quality Assurance Agent

CompareGuru is looking for a Quality Assurance Agent. We are a growing company and we are looking for driven, hardworking people to join our team. Responsibilities will include;

  • Calling of clients to confirm information.
  • Cold calling of prospective clients for lead generation.
  • Educate prospective clients about different financial services products on offer.
  • Research financial services companies and their products.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills. You will predominantly be working in English but other South African languages are advantageous.
  • Must have basic computer skills. I.e. you must be able to use a web browser and have basic typing skills.
  • Must be polite and friendly.
  • Must have the ability to sell.
  • Ability to think quickly and work under pressure.
  • Previous call centre experience required.
  • Target driven and self-motivated personality is a must.
  • The understanding that overtime will be required if below target.
